Booking and Payment :

✓ Booking: All boat rentals must be booked in advance through our website or directly at our office.
✓Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made through the available online payment methods or in person at our office.

Age and License Requirements:

✓ Minimum Age: Renters must be at least 20 years old to rent a boat.
✓ License: A valid boat license is not required for renting certain boats (without a skipper). If you choose a boat rental with a skipper, no license is needed for the renter.
✓ Skipper Option: If you choose the option with a professional skipper, the skipper will be in charge of operating the boat.

Rental Duration:

✓ Rental Time: Boats are rented for specific durations, which will be confirmed during the booking process. Rentals are generally offered for half-day, full-day, or custom periods.
✓ Late Returns: A late return may incur additional charges based on the hourly rental rate.

Security:

✓ Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the boat during the rental period. In case of damage, the renter may be charged for repair costs.
✓Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required before departure, depending on the boat type. This deposit covers potential damages or violations of the rental terms.
✓Inspection: All boats are inspected before and after each rental. Any damage or missing equipment noted upon return will be evaluated and may be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.

Weather and Cancellations:

✓ Unsafe Conditions: Rentals may be postponed or canceled due to poor weather or unsafe sea conditions. The decision will be made by our staff based on weather forecasts and port authority guidance. ✓Rescheduling/Refunds: If the rental is canceled by us due to weather, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. No refunds are given for cancellations made by the customer less than 24 hours before the rental time.

Geographic and Navigation Restrictions:

✓ Permitted Areas: Boats must remain within designated rental areas, as defined during the safety briefing.
✓Restricted Zones: Entry into restricted areas such as military zones, protected marine reserves, or dangerous rocky areas is strictly prohibited.
✓Shipwreck Beach (Navagio): Due to local safety regulations, access to Navagio Beach may be restricted by authorities. We will inform you of current conditions, but access is ultimately subject to coast guard permission and sea conditions.

Fuel Policy:

✓ Fuel Costs: Unless specified otherwise, fuel is not included in the rental price. Boats are supplied with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank, or the cost of the used fuel will be charged upon return.
✓ Refueling Fees: If we need to refuel the boat on your behalf, a refueling service fee may apply.

Termination of Rental:

✓ Violation of Terms: If any terms are violated or the renter acts in a way that endangers the vessel or others, we reserve the right to terminate the rental immediately without refund.
✓ Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies (medical, mechanical, etc.), contact us immediately. Emergency contact details will be provided before departure.
